Honey Jerk BBQ

When cooking kebabs remember to oil grill rack so your pieces won't stick, and soak wooden skewers in water for a few hours beforehand so they won't burn.

Serves 4

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Marinade Time: 1 hour

1lb Meat - chicken,lamb, beef or pork
1 medium Onion, grated
3 cloves Garlic, minced
½ teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Eaton's Jamaican Jerk Sauce
Basting Sauce:
1 tablespoon Eaton's Jamaican Jerk Sauce
1 tablespoon Pickapeppa Original Sauce
1 tablespoon White Wine vinegar
4 tablespoons Olive oil
1 tablespoon Honey
1 clove Garlic, minced

Select which type of meat you are using, you should use all of one type as it is difficult to properly cook meats of different types together. Cut up your selected meat into 1 inch cubes. Mix ingredients together and leave to marinate for at least 1hour before threading on skewers.

Place skewers on grill, brush with sauce and turn as you cook, 3-5 minutes on each side.

This is fantastic and really quick to do, I did it with chicken, just bought in the breasts (really lazy but...). May put more garlic in next time as I love lots of garlic.
